Mount Batur sunrise jeep and natural hot spring
The private Batur sunrise jeep with a hot spring already in the price: viewpoint, black lava field, breakfast, then a soak at the Batur natural hot spring or Toya Devasya on the lake shore.
The same private 4WD jeep as our sunrise tour: volcanic tracks to the crater-rim viewpoint around 1,350 metres, then the black lava field and breakfast. Afterwards the driver takes you down to Toya Bungkah on the shore of Lake Batur for a soak, with the entrance ticket already paid.
With the Batur natural hot spring, two guests pay Rp 2.300.000 sit-in or Rp 2.100.000 with the guided walk, and from three guests it is Rp 900.000 each. With Toya Devasya, the larger complex, two guests pay Rp 2.600.000 sit-in or Rp 2.400.000 with the walk, and from three it is Rp 1.050.000 each. Hotel pickup, a hot drink, the Kintamani entrance fee, breakfast, and insurance for ages 6–65 are included.

How the day runs

Hotel pickup
02:00–03:00, south Bali earliest and Ubud a little later. You switch into the 4WD jeep at the Kintamani base.

Sunrise and lava field
The crater-rim viewpoint around 1,350 metres, then the black lava field for photos.

Breakfast and hot spring
Breakfast, then about an hour or more in the warm water at Toya Bungkah on the lake shore.

Drop-off
Back in Ubud around midday, later on the south coast.

The sit-in jeep suits most ages. If you are pregnant or have a heart or blood-pressure condition, check with your doctor before the soak. Insurance covers about ages 6–65.
