Is the shuttle fee per person?

No. It is once per booking for one private car and driver for your group: Rp 400.000 from Ubud or Rp 650.000 from the south coast.

Does the driver wait during the activity?

Yes. The private shuttle driver stays while you ride, raft, float, or swing, then drives you back to the hotel. You do not need to book a Grab or online car for either leg.

Can I use my own driver or Grab instead?

On ATV, rafting, tubing, and combos, yes — the shuttle is optional and self-meet is free. On Swing Heaven and Aloha, the shuttle is required and self-meet is not offered.

What about Uluwatu and Jimbaran?

The jeep includes them. For the ATV, rafting, tubing, combos, and swings, the private shuttle from Jimbaran or Uluwatu is Rp 650.000 once per booking, the same as the rest of the south coast.

Short answer

For the ATV, Ayung rafting, Wos tubing, and combos, our private shuttle is Rp 400.000 from Ubud or Rp 650.000 from the south coast, once per booking — optional, or self-meet free. For Swing Heaven and Aloha Ubud Swing the same rates are required; self-meet is not offered. The Batur jeep includes pickup.

The private Mount Batur jeep and the full Kintamani day include hotel pickup and drop-off from Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, Sanur, Kuta, Uluwatu, and Nusa Dua.

Private shuttle: one fee per booking, and the driver waits

The ATV, Ayung rafting, Wos tubing, and every combo offer our private shuttle for one fee per booking, not per person: Rp 400.000 from Ubud, or Rp 650.000 from Canggu, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Sanur, Nusa Dua, or Uluwatu. It is a car and driver for your group only: no shared minibus and no stops at other hotels.

The driver collects you at the hotel, stays while you ride or raft, and drives you back when you finish. You can focus on the activity instead of booking a Grab there and finding another ride back afterwards, wet or muddy. On a combo, one shuttle covers the whole day between activities.

Required on Bali swings

Swing Heaven (Bongkasa) and Aloha Ubud Swing (Tegallalang) use the same Ubud / south-coast rates, but the shuttle is required. Self-meet is not offered on those tickets. Choose Ubud or south coast in the booking box before you reserve.

Your own driver or an online car

On ATV, rafting, tubing, and combos the shuttle is optional. You can come with your own driver, a scooter, or an online car such as Grab or Gojek, and meet us at the Sedang ATV arena, the Ayung base, or the Wos start for free. We send the exact pins with your confirmation. If you self-meet, plan your ride back before the activity ends. This free self-meet option does not apply to Swing Heaven or Aloha.
