Ticket prices live on each tour page. This page is the desk policy: currency, payment, and changes.
Reserve on the tour page. We confirm the date and reply with the same rupiah total. For the ATV, rafting, tubing, and combos you pay on the spot at the venue: cash (IDR), QRIS, Visa, Mastercard, or debit card, with a 3% surcharge on cards. For the Batur jeep you pay by Indonesian bank transfer or in cash. We never ask for card numbers on the website or WhatsApp.
Yes. Every price on this site already includes tax. The rupiah total in the booking box is what you pay, with no tax added when we confirm or on the day. Only items listed under “Not included” on a tour page, such as tips, are extra.
One seat, one currency. A parallel USD price would compete with the rupiah fare and leave guests unsure which total is real.
Yes, if you tell us at least 24 hours before pickup and the operator still has the seat. Same-day weather changes are handled case by case in rupiah, not as a voucher in another currency.
No. The request holds the quote. Nothing is paid until we confirm the operator has the seat.
The hotel name and a map pin if the entrance is hard to find. The jeep includes pickup; the ATV, rafting, and tubing have a private shuttle (Rp 400.000 from Ubud or Rp 650.000 from the south coast) unless you self-meet.
The ATV, rafting, tubing, and Batur jeep photos are from our own departures. Other place photos show the real rivers and countryside around Ubud; a few supporting frames are illustrative and credited on the photo page. The rate card is the contract, not the picture.
