Bali activities with no deposit: pay on the spot and change dates
Updated · By the Bali Activity Tours desk in Ubud
Short answer
You can reserve Bali ATV, rafting, tubing, and combos with no online deposit: confirm the date and the same IDR total on WhatsApp +62 817 7572 3663, then pay on the spot at the venue (cash, QRIS, or card with 3% at the till). Before you pay, dropping the request costs nothing. After confirmation, you may change the date at least 24 hours before pickup if the operator still has the seat. Same-day weather moves are case by case — this is not a blanket “free cancellation after payment” promise.
Honest booking rules: no deposit, pay on arrival, 24-hour date changes when seats remain — without inventing unlimited free cancellation.
Pay on the spot — not a card link in chat
Scam pattern: a cloned WhatsApp asks for a deposit transfer before you see the arena. Our pattern: you read the rupiah price on baliactivitytours.com, we repeat that number on WhatsApp, and you pay at Sedang, the Ayung base, or the tubing meeting point.
Accepted on the spot for ATV and rivers: IDR cash, QRIS, Visa/Mastercard/debit with a 3% surcharge. Jeep: Indonesian bank transfer or cash after confirmation — still no website card form.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Before any payment | Cancel the request anytime — you paid Rp 0 |
| Date change ≥24 h, seat free | We move you to the new date |
| Date change <24 h / full departure | May not be possible — ask early |
| Weather / operator stop | Handled case by case in rupiah |
| After you pay on the day | Ticket is for that departure — not a blank free refund |
“Free cancellation” — what we mean honestly
Many OTAs sell “free cancellation” windows because they took a prepayment. We do not take a prepayment, so cancellation before payday is simply free by design. That is the safe version of flexibility.
We will not advertise unlimited free cancellation after you have paid the operator on site. If plans slip, message us 24 hours ahead and we try a date change when the seat exists.
