Private vs shared Bali ATV, rafting, and tubing

Short answer
Shared means you join the normal Sedang ATV or river departure with other guests. Private means a dedicated guide and your group only — typically about Rp 500.000 above the shared ATV bands. Private Ayung rafting is Rp 950.000 per person for two or more. Private Wos tubing is Rp 1.000.000 solo or Rp 950.000 each for two or more. The track and the river are the same; the guide and the group change.

What stays the same
Private does not mean a different jungle. Sedang private ATV still rides about 7–8 km on a 360cc quad at All New Bali Adventure: mud, river crossings, a small waterfall section, and the lion-head tunnel. Private Ayung rafting is still Class II–III on the Ayung. Private Wos tubing is still the canyon float.
Lunch, boots, helmet, and insurance rules match the product: ATV and rafting include lunch; tubing does not. The optional private shuttle is still Rp 400.000 from Ubud or Rp 650.000 from the south coast, once per booking.
What private changes
A dedicated guide leads only your booking. You are not mixed into another group’s line on the ATV or seated with strangers on the raft. The pace and the English explanation stay with your guests.

Who is fine on shared
Most first-time riders book shared. The English briefing, the guide ahead, lunch, and insurance are already in the shared Sedang rate from Rp 700.000. Upgrade only if privacy is the point.
